Q: Do I have to buy or invest anything to work for Procard?

A: You are NOT required to buy or invest anything to work with Procard. You are NEVER required to pay for anything including a personal membership, materials, and even deposits to work with Procard. You are required to have (1) Initial Bonafide Enrollment to activate into the Procard International system, but it can be anyone you choose. Once you are in the Procard System, you are only required to maintain just (1) Account to stay Active. This does NOT have to be your original activating account.

If you do not know whom to enroll, you can do our Business-to-Business contact program, which if FREE! The company was initially built on this System. As a matter of fact, each one of us who E-mails with you from our Home Office have a minimum of 5 years experience with our company and have all done this Business- to-Business contact program for at least 2 years each. Our European Offices credentials are just as strong.

Q: Why do I need an Initial Bona-fide enrollment?

A: The Initial Bona-fide Enrollment became a company policy for one simple reason. Historically, Procard used an entire Human Resource Department to screen, interview, and hire Associates. Procard could only hire Associates where we had physical offices because of the interview process. This prevented thousands of candidates from exploring an opportunity with the company because they lived too far away for in-person interviews. Because the lead cost is 10.00-15.00/lead, Procard International must be certain to hire Associates who are serious about working at home. By requiring an Initial Enrollment, Procard International can be confident that a candidate is serious about the opportunity without having to complete the interview process.

Q: How old is Procard?

A: Procards networks have been providing services and career opportunities for over 10 years now. We represent over half a million Providers nationwide and Internationally.

Q: Who will train me and help me?

A: EVERY Associate from Procards Home Office who will E-mail back and forth with you in our company folders will have a MINIMUM of 5 years experience with the company and have full knowledge of success in your career category. Each Associate trainer is there to help you!

Q: Does Procard International have any complaints with any agencies or consumer organizations?

A: With over 1/2 million Providers and over 10,000 Associates, we are very proud of Procard International's reputation. Due to the fact that we are an International company, there are additional reporting agencies other than just in the USA including International bureaus, Federal bureaus, business bureaus, agencies and consumer organizations. Even though we do not pay any "for-profit" nor "non-profit" consumer reporting organizations to list our company, use their logos, or provide reports, our TOTAL complaints for all of the reporting agencies around the world combined has always been LESS than 1/10,000th of 1 percent (0.0001%).
Why is our complaint rate so low? As with most all companies who have relationships with so many Members, Providers and Associates, there are going to be some complaints throughout time. However, with all the information readily available on our site and our support staff working around the clock (24/7) in the USA and in Europe to assist Members and Associates, we strive for a high satisfaction rate.

Q: Is Procard a MLM company?

A: No, Procard is NOT a Multi-Level Marketing company nor anything similar to it. We have our Referral Rewards program, which was established in October of 2000 out of popular request from our Associates. Even though this program pays extremely high residuals, it only goes down (2) Levels, which is very much different than MLM's, which go down multiple levels. Our program is no different than traditional Corporations who reward Area Managers by giving them a percentage of their Regional Offices and Local Offices, in which they actively help establish and/or build.

Q: Am I considered an employee with Procard International?

A: NO, you are considered an Independent Contractor, which means no quotas, no required set hours, and you can work as much as you want any time of day or night.

Q: How am I paid?

Q: If I live outside of the continental United States, can I work with Procard?

A: YES DEFINITELY, We Welcome International Associates. Whether you live in Canada, Mexico, Europe or anywhere in the world, which is approved by Procard International, you can work. Even though the Marketing Associate position is not available for International Associates due to the long distance issues, Referral Rewards, NetSmart Marketing and even AnyDay.net are ALL available. Our systems enable you to work 100% over the Internet.

Q: I do not want to work on the telephone; do you have an Internet position?

A: Due to the high cost of our leads, 10.00-15.00 dollars each on average, the Marketing Associate position does require calling back our customers; however, we are happy to let you know that Referral Rewards, NetSmart Marketing, and even AnyDay.net can all be done 100% over the Internet.

Q: What is the difference between Procard International and AnyDay.net?

A: Procard International has added AnyDay.net to its family of services to provide even more career opportunities for our Associates. Associates can do any one or a combination of the 2 careers.

Q: Do I have to choose which position to take with Procard?

A: NO, with Procard you can choose any one or any combination of our career opportunities including AnyDay.net, and you have the FULL ability to change careers at any time to better fit within your changing needs.

Q: Do I have to pay for long distance?

A: NO, we have set up the long distance similar to prepaid phone cards, so you do not have to be concerned about any long distance charges or reimbursements. The access code will be E-mailed directly to you.

Q: How do I get my FREE leads?

A: Each time you submit an enrollment on our secured site, the system will automatically E-mail you another 10 customers. This 10% is well below the company historical average of 35%, which only helps you, even more.

Q: What if I do not enroll anyone, can I still get more leads?

A: YES, we can arrange more leads for you. Even though ALL of the leads are from customers who have specifically requested details and normally activate at least 1/3 of the leads, we would have you work directly with your manager, who is authorized to allocate more leads for you. Due to each batch of leads costing Procard 10.00 - 15.00, it is important that your manager works closely with you in this type of situation.

Q: How does Procard get its leads?

A: We purchase our leads from outsourced companies who provide us with radio, TV, print, Internet, and call-in leads.

Q: Why do I need to get a Zip Code assigned to me with Procard and is that my only area I can work?

A: The purpose for securing a Zip Code for yourself is for Procards AnyDay.net program. Our systems will enable you to develop and manage a Zip Code territory for yourself. This will give you the security and peace of mind that you can build a terrific career for yourself. You are NOT limited to just one Zip Code. You will be working with customers all over the country and by using your ACCESS Code, you can get the full credit.

Q: Does Procard accept Credit Card or Money Order Enrollments?

A: Even though Procard is not insurance, we have a membership service, which follows some similar policies. As you may know, most Insurance companies cannot accept credit cards nor can we accept them for this reason. We have 2 methods of payment:
1) Monthly or annual checking acct.
2) Money Order
If a member decides to activate by Money Order, he/she can pay annually and receive almost 30% off, (one time fee of 99.00 per year). A: Yes, all Procard Members and Associates may cancel at any time without obligation.

Q: Is there a phone number I can call for more details?

A: Because we have over 10,000 Associates working in many time zones and thousands of candidates inquiring about career opportunities each week, we have our Customer Service Department speak to current members, only. For Associates and Associate candidates, we have our Systems set up for E-mailing answers to questions. Each staff member who E-mails answers from our Home Office has a minimum of 5 years experience with our company.
